Ingredients:

• 2 tsp – finely chopped Beetroot
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• Salt to taste
• A pinch -of black pepper powder

Method:

  1. Strain curd to make it smooth and silky in texture.
  2. Add rest of all ingredients into it and mix everything well.
  3. Serve chilled.
