
Ingredients:
• To mix with water and make a thick batter:
• 3/4 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Rice flour
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder (or as required)
• Colour – a pinch
• Salt, to taste
• Other ingredients:
• 6 inch – ginger, chopped very thin
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 bulb – garlic, chopped very thin
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 10 – green chillies, chopped very thin
• Sauces:-
• 1/2 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – white Vinegar
• Salt, to taste
• Coriander, finely chopped
• Oil, to fry
• 1/2 kg – Mushroom
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy pan. Dip the mushroom (full or halved) in the thick batter, fry them and keep a side.
- After a minute, put the fried mushroom in frying pan, fry them for a couple of minutes and strain.
- Fry ginger and garlic paste for few seconds then add chopped ginger, garlic and chillies and fry in medium flame till raw smell goes. Do not brown them.
- Now add all the sauces and salt together and boil it just for a second. Take away from the flame, add it to the fried mushroom and garnish it with coriander.
- Serve hot.
