Ingredients:

• To mix with water and make a thick batter:
• 3/4 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Rice flour
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder (or as required)
• Colour – a pinch
• Salt, to taste
• Other ingredients:
• 6 inch – ginger, chopped very thin
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 bulb – garlic, chopped very thin
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 10 – green chillies, chopped very thin
• Sauces:-
• 1/2 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – white Vinegar
• Salt, to taste
• Coriander, finely chopped
• Oil, to fry
• 1/2 kg – Mushroom

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy pan. Dip the mushroom (full or halved) in the thick batter, fry them and keep a side.
  2. After a minute, put the fried mushroom in frying pan, fry them for a couple of minutes and strain.
  3. Fry ginger and garlic paste for few seconds then add chopped ginger, garlic and chillies and fry in medium flame till raw smell goes. Do not brown them.
  4. Now add all the sauces and salt together and boil it just for a second. Take away from the flame, add it to the fried mushroom and garnish it with coriander.
  5. Serve hot.
