Ingredients:

• Maida – 3/4 cup
• Sugar – 4.5 cups
• Milk powder – 3 cups
• Cashewnuts, chopped – 3/4 cup
• Cocoa powder – 3 tsp
• Ghee – 6 tsp
• Butter – 450 gms

Method:

  1. Fry the maida and cocoa powder in 6 tsp of ghee.
  2. Melt the sugar in 3/4 cup of water and mix in all items, except the cashewnuts. Keep stirring.
  3. When the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the utensil, add the cashewnuts and mix well.
  4. When you see holes appearing and the mixture frothing up, pour onto a greased plate.
  5. On cooling, cut into squares.
