Ingredients:

• 2 – potato.
• 1 tsp – grated cheese.
• 1 tsp – pepper-cumin powder.
• 1/4 cup – Corn flour.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
  2. Add the grated cheese, pepper, cumin powder, corn flour and salt.
  3. Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
