
Ingredients:
• 300 ml – Milk
• 6 to 8 pieces stem Ginger
• 30 ml – stem Ginger juice
• 4 small scoops vanilla ice Cream (200 g)
Method:
- Place the milk, stem ginger and juice into the blender.
- Add the ice cream.
- Blend on low speed for 15 seconds, and then on high speed for 30 seconds.
