Ingredients:

• 300 ml – Milk
• 6 to 8 pieces stem Ginger
• 30 ml – stem Ginger juice
• 4 small scoops vanilla ice Cream (200 g)

Method:

  1. Place the milk, stem ginger and juice into the blender.
  2. Add the ice cream.
  3. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds, and then on high speed for 30 seconds.
