Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• For batter:
• 1/2 cup – rava
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• A handful – onions, chopped
• 1/2 – Tomato chopped finely
• Green chilli – chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• Salt
• A pinch – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter
  2. Dip each piece of bread in the batter and coat both the sides
  3. Heat a flat non stick pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Place the bread slice on it
  4. Add few drops of oil along the edges. Cook on medium flame for about 3 mins
  5. Flip the bread and toast the other side for a few more minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve with ketchup.
