Ingredients:
• 1 cup Chicken pieces
• 1 head iceberg Lettuce
• 1/2 head red Lettuce
• 6-7 Anchovy fillets
• 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
• 1/4 cup sour Cream
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• For Marinating-
• 1/2 tsp curry powder
• 1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp Curd
• 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
• For Garlic Croutons-
• 1/4 cup oil
• 4 cups of bread cubes (approx 1/2″)
• 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves
Method:
- Heat 1/4 cup oil and Fry garlic cloves till brown.
- Remove from oil
- Now fry bread cubes in that oil till golden brown
- Drain and keep aside.
- Mix all the items of marination.
- Apply to chicken pieces
- Marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil
- Saute chicken pieces till cooked
- Remove and cool
- Tear pieces of lettuce
- Mix in a bowl
- Add anchovy fillets to it
- Blend well caeser dressing, sour cream and cheese
- Pour 1/2 the dressing over salad
- Toss it well
- Sprinkle bread croutons
- Pour the remaining dressing
- Garnish with chicken pieces
