Ingredients:

• 1 cup Chicken pieces
• 1 head iceberg Lettuce
• 1/2 head red Lettuce
• 6-7 Anchovy fillets
• 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
• 1/4 cup sour Cream
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• For Marinating-
• 1/2 tsp curry powder
• 1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp Curd
• 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
• For Garlic Croutons-
• 1/4 cup oil
• 4 cups of bread cubes (approx 1/2″)
• 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves

Method:

  1. Heat 1/4 cup oil and Fry garlic cloves till brown.
  2. Remove from oil
  3. Now fry bread cubes in that oil till golden brown
  4. Drain and keep aside.
  5. Mix all the items of marination.
  6. Apply to chicken pieces
  7. Marinate for 30 mins.
  8. Heat 3 tbsp oil
  9. Saute chicken pieces till cooked
  10. Remove and cool
  11. Tear pieces of lettuce
  12. Mix in a bowl
  13. Add anchovy fillets to it
  14. Blend well caeser dressing, sour cream and cheese
  15. Pour 1/2 the dressing over salad
  16. Toss it well
  17. Sprinkle bread croutons
  18. Pour the remaining dressing
  19. Garnish with chicken pieces
