Ingredients:

• 100 g – good quality dark chocolate
• a collection of seasonal fruits (oranges, Pineapple chunks)

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate and dip the fruit pieces to cover each chunk half.
  2. Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set. Then spear with cocktail sticks and set on a large flat plate.
