Ingredients:
• Poha-1 cup
• Boiled and cubed Potato-1
• Cumin-1/2 tsp
• Roasted Peanuts-1/4 cup
• Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
• Green Chilli-1
• Lemon Juice-1 tsp
• Grated Coconut-2 tsp
• Salt-to taste
• Oil-1 tsp
• Coriander leaves-a few
Method:
- Soak poha for 10 minutes in water. Drain and set it aside.
- In a pan, add cumin and chopped green chillies. Then, add roasted peanuts and turmeric powder.
- To this, add poha and boiled potato. Also add grated coconut and mix well.
- Finally, add few drops of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
