
Ingredients:
• 250 g – bone less chicken, 1 inch cubed.
• 2 tsp – fresh ground pepper.
• 1 – Lavang (crushed).
• 1 small pinch – Dalchini and Jeera powder each.
• 1 tsp – fresh Ginger Garlic paste.
• oil to cook.
Method:
- Wash and pat dry the cubed chicken pieces and put them aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the crushed laung, jeera and dalchini powder. Let it fry till the leaves give out a sweet aroma.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while. Then add the chicken pieces and mix well and add salt.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- At last, add freshly ground pepper powder to adjust taste. Cover and cook till done.
