Ingredients:

• 6 – Big frozen Corn (cut into half)
• 2 cups – Coconut Milk, sweetened
• 3 bundles – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Chillies
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• Salt
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Honey
• Tamarind

Method:

  1. First boil the frozen corns for about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile grind coriander leaves, coconut milk, chillies, ginger, garlic and jeera into a nice paste. Add salt to the mix and heat up the mix.
  3. Once the corns have been cooked, place the corns in the mix. Let the creamy coriander mix be absorbed by the corns.
  4. Turn the corns over while they are in the pan so that they are fully immersed in the green mix.
