
Ingredients:
• 6 – Big frozen Corn (cut into half)
• 2 cups – Coconut Milk, sweetened
• 3 bundles – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Chillies
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• Salt
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Honey
• Tamarind
Method:
- First boil the frozen corns for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile grind coriander leaves, coconut milk, chillies, ginger, garlic and jeera into a nice paste. Add salt to the mix and heat up the mix.
- Once the corns have been cooked, place the corns in the mix. Let the creamy coriander mix be absorbed by the corns.
- Turn the corns over while they are in the pan so that they are fully immersed in the green mix.
