Ingredients:

• 2 – large green Banana
• Oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 4 tbsp – water

Method:

  1. Heat oil in the frying pan.
  2. Remove skin completely from banana.
  3. Add water with salt, mix it and keep aside.
  4. Slice all bananas into thin slices.
  5. Sprinkle carefully with salted water.
  6. Take some salted bananas and put it in the oil.
  7. Always keep oil at medium heat.
  8. Fry for some time, then remove from oil and drain.
