Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – crystallized ginger, chopped
• 4 tbsp – Rice wine Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – soy sauce
• 2 tsp – sesame oil
• 2 tbsp – Honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp – Dijon mustard
• 2 cup – Olive oil
• 1/2 – Lemon
• hot red peppers, diced
Method:
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour over greens while still hot.
