
Ingredients:
• 4 -slices whole Wheat bread
• 1 -small Onions chopped
• 2 tbsp – Tomato Puree (or one small Tomato pureed)
• 1 cup – Corn
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt
• 1-2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Heat a tsp of oil and saute the onions till pink. Add the frozen/cooked corn, tomato puree and all the powders.
- Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring in between.
- Check and adjust the seasonings. Make sandwiches using this as a filling.
