
Ingredients:
• 300 g – Wheat or all purpose flour
• 250 g – unsalted Butter
• 250 g – dark Brown sugar
• 200 g – dark cooking chocolate
• 375 ml – lukewarm water
• 1 tsp – baking soda
Method:
- Through double boiler method, melt butter, chocolate, sugar and water. Allow it to cool completely.
- Once it cools down, add flour and baking soda to it.
- Don’t over whisk it, but mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Bake in the gas oven at 180 degree for 60 to 80 mins
