Ingredients:

• 300 g – Wheat or all purpose flour
• 250 g – unsalted Butter
• 250 g – dark Brown sugar
• 200 g – dark cooking chocolate
• 375 ml – lukewarm water
• 1 tsp – baking soda

Method:

  1. Through double boiler method, melt butter, chocolate, sugar and water. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Once it cools down, add flour and baking soda to it.
  3. Don’t over whisk it, but mix well so that there are no lumps.
  4. Bake in the gas oven at 180 degree for 60 to 80 mins
