
Ingredients:
• Ginger, grated – 25 g
• Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
• Cloves – 3
• Ground Sugar – 1 g
• Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
• Orange juice – 1 cup
• Pineapple juice – 1 cup
• Apple juice – 1 cup (optional)
• Water – 2 cups
• Some slices of Orange and Lemon
• Tea bags 2-3
Method:
- Take 1 cup of water, put ginger in it and boil it for about 10 mins. Cool it and strain it.
- Take another 1 cup of boiling water and add cloves, dalchini, and tea bags. Cover it and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Now add in it the ginger water and sugar.
- In this mixture, add pineapple juice, apple juice, and lemon juice. Keep it in fridge.
- Garnish with orange, lemon slices and serve.
