
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup – butter.
• 1/2 cup – flour.
• 1 cup – mashed potatoes.
• salt and pepper to taste.
• poppy seeds.
Method:
- Combine butter, flour, mashed potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Form into finger like shapes. Place on lightly greased baking trays.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake at 190 degree C for about 20 mins.
- Remove from trays very gently as the potato sticks will be fragile.
