
Ingredients:
• 3 – eggs
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Onions
• 4-5 – Garlic pods
• 6 – dry Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Mustard oil
• Turmeric powder
• Salt
Method:
- Boil the eggs and potatoes.
- Make a paste of the onions, tomato, garlic, dry red chillies, jeera and garam masala.
- Rub turmeric powder to the boiled eggs.
- Heat oil.
- Fry the eggs for half a minute, keep aside.
- Add the paste to the same oil and fry.
- Add turmeric powder and salt, mix.
- After a minute add the boiled potatoes, mix.
- After a minute add 2 cups of water and cover with a lid.
- When the water starts to boil add the eggs.
- Cook on low flame until the gravy becomes thick.
- Serve.
