Ingredients:

• 3 – eggs
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Onions
• 4-5 – Garlic pods
• 6 – dry Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Mustard oil
• Turmeric powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Boil the eggs and potatoes.
  2. Make a paste of the onions, tomato, garlic, dry red chillies, jeera and garam masala.
  3. Rub turmeric powder to the boiled eggs.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. Fry the eggs for half a minute, keep aside.
  6. Add the paste to the same oil and fry.
  7. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix.
  8. After a minute add the boiled potatoes, mix.
  9. After a minute add 2 cups of water and cover with a lid.
  10. When the water starts to boil add the eggs.
  11. Cook on low flame until the gravy becomes thick.
  12. Serve.
