Ingredients:

• 30-mini idlis
• 3 tbsp – Peanut Coconut podi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 3/4 cup – raw Peanuts
• Few Curry leaves
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, pop the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
  2. Add the raw peanuts and fry for few minutes.
  3. Now add the mini idlis, toss gently for few seconds.
  4. Add the peanut coconut podi, toss again gently for few minutes and serve hot.
