Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – Aniseeds
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2&1/4 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 2 tbsp – dried Oregano
• 2 tbsp – dried Thyme
• 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts, cut into 2 halves
• 5-6 Lettuce leaves
Method:
- Pound all the dry spices and set aside.
- Wash chicken and pat dry. Gently rub some of the spice mixture into both sides of the chicken.
- Note: Store the leftover spice mixture for future use.
- Grill the chicken on an electric grill or directly over medium-lit coals, until the chicken is tender.
- Line a serving tray with lettuce leaves.
- Place the chicken pieces over it.
- Serve with salsa.
