Ingredients:

• Shrimp – 1 lb
• Beans – few
• Pumpkin – 1/2 lb
• Carrot – 4
• Potato – 1
• Zucchini – 4
• Broccoli – 3
• Cabbage – 1/2
• Onion – 2
• Oil
• For masala:
• Panchphoran – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• salt and a little bit of Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed skillet and put all the masalas.
  2. Fry chopped onions with the masala until golden brown and add the cleaned shrimps.
  3. Put all the vegetables, salt, sugar, and fry for about five minutes.
  4. Cover the skillet with a lid and set the flame to low and remove from fire when done.
  5. Serve.
