
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1/2 cup – Rice krispies
• 4 tbsp – Apple sauce
• 3 tbsp – Canola Oil
• 1/2 cup – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla extract
Method:
- Take a large bowl, add the apple sauce, oil, powdered sugar and mix them well
- Add all-purpose flour, rolled oats, rice krispies, baking soda and vanilla extract and knead. Do not add water
- Shape into cookies
- Preheat the oven at 220 degree C
- Place a parchment paper on the baking tray, arrange uncooked cookies. Leave some space between each cookies and bake them for 20-25 mins
