Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Ridge gourd pieces
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 – Dry Red Chillies
• 1/4 cup – Ground Peanuts
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies and let them crack.
- Add the ridge gourd pieces and stir them for a while.
- Add enough salt to the vegetables, close the kadai and cook in medium high flame until they get well cooked.
- Before putting off the stove, add the ground peanuts to the cooked ridge gourd curry and toss gently until they get well mixed.
