
Ingredients:
• 1 Cucumber
• 1/2 of one Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 cup – curd/yogurt
• Salt as required
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Curry leaves, as required
• Coconut oil, as required
Method:
- Grate cucumber and add salt to it.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
- Add the above paste and curd to the grated cucumber and mix well.
- Splutter mustard seeds, saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
