Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Red kidney beans
• Cardamom powder – a pinch
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 1/4 cup – grated Jaggery
• 2 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Dry fry the red kidney beans in a pan till its raw smell goes.
- Wash and pressure cook.
- Heat a pan and add grated jaggery and a little water.
- When the jaggery dissolves, add the cooked red kidney beans and mix it well till the mixture does not stick to the pan
- Add ghee, cardamom powder and grated coconut and mix it well.
