Ingredients:

• 22 – digestive biscuits
• 1/2 cup – cashewnut powder
• 3-4 drops – Almond essence
• 3 tbsp – cherry or Raisin
• 3/4 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2/3 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – water

Method:

  1. Mix butter and cocoa to a fine paste.
  2. Boil the sugar in water for 5 minutes
  3. Mix the sugar water into the cocoa paste and add the other ingredients.
  4. Take an aluminium tray with baking sheet and apply some butter and pour the mixture.
  5. Freeze it for 1 hour.
  6. Slice it and enjoy.
