
Ingredients:
• Minced Meat – 400 g
• 3 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Potatoes
• 250 g Mushrooms
• Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder, Jeera powder, coriander powder, Meat masala – 3/4 tsp each
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Bay Leaves 2
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coconut powder -2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, garam masala and one chopped green chilly.
- Heat a while and then add chopped onions. Saute onions with equal amounts (to taste) of garam masala, jeera powder and coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, chilly powder and meat masala.
- Fry till the spices are cooked.
- Add tomatoes and fry a while.
- Add the meat and mix with the spices thoroughly.
- Add potatoes, coconut powder and chilly powder.
- Pour enough water and cook till tender.
- Add green peas and cook for about 15-20 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
