Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Chicken pieces
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 bunch – Onions
• 12 Cloves – garlic, finely chopped
• 1-inch piece – ginger, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp – Maggi black pepper mix
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out the water thoroughly.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add chopped spring onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  4. Add chopped garlic and ginger to it.
  5. Saute for 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces, 1 packet of Maggi black pepper mix and 1/2 cup of water to it.
  7. Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat till it is done.
  8. Serve it hot with rotis.
