Ingredients:
• 500 gms – Chicken pieces
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 bunch – Onions
• 12 Cloves – garlic, finely chopped
• 1-inch piece – ginger, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp – Maggi black pepper mix
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out the water thoroughly.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
- Add chopped spring onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger to it.
- Saute for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces, 1 packet of Maggi black pepper mix and 1/2 cup of water to it.
- Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat till it is done.
- Serve it hot with rotis.
