Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Maggi noodles (any flavour)
• 2 tbsp – slivered Almonds
• 2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 kg – finely shredded Savoy Cabbage
• For dressing
• 4 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce

Method:

  1. Break the noodles into small pieces. (Discard the seasoning packet, you do not need it.) Roast the noodle pieces, almonds and sesame seeds till slightly golden brown.
  2. Let this cool.
  3. Now in a chutney grinder, blend the soya sauce and sugar.
  4. Mix the noodle mixture with the cabbage and soya sauce mixture thoroughly.
  5. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes or serve immediately.
  6. You can also adjust the amount of sugar and soya sauce according to your taste.
