Ingredients:

• 1 cup chopped Cauliflower
• 10-12 cups whole Milk
• 1 cup Sugar or according to your taste
• 1 tsp. Cardamom powder
• 10 unsalted peeled Almonds
• 2 tbsp. of Ghee

Method:

  1. Fry the chopped cauliflower in ghee, with steam till its golden brown. Keep it aside. Boil milk. Once the milk starts boiling add the fried cauliflower.
  2. Keep stirring for a while. Allow it boil for 15 minutes. Then add sugar, cardamom powder and the almonds.
  3. Simmer and leave it for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Let it cool. Keep it in the fridge. Chill it and serve as a dessert.
