Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Suji (semolina rawa)
• 1.5 cup – Milk
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Take milk, sugar and cardamom powder in microwave proof bowl.
- Add 1 cup water and microwave on high for 1 min.
- In an another bowl, add ghee and suji and microwave for 1 min. Stir after 30 seconds.
- Add parboiled sweetened milk mixture, mix well and microwave for 3 mins stirring in between twice after 1 min.
- Serve hot.
