Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 bunch – Methi leaves
• salt, a pinch
• oil, a small quantity
Method:
- Mix wheat flour with salt, 1 tbsp of oil and water.
- The water required is 45 % of the flour quantity.
- Wash methi leaves and chop.
- Mix immediately with the dough.
- Roll out into chapattis.
- Place tava on stove, when it is hot, place the chapatti, add some oil, heat on both sides.
