Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 bunch – Methi leaves
• salt, a pinch
• oil, a small quantity

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour with salt, 1 tbsp of oil and water.
  2. The water required is 45 % of the flour quantity.
  3. Wash methi leaves and chop.
  4. Mix immediately with the dough.
  5. Roll out into chapattis.
  6. Place tava on stove, when it is hot, place the chapatti, add some oil, heat on both sides.
