Ingredients:
• 1cup – Ricotta cheese(full fat)
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 cup – Milk powder(low fat)
• 1/4 cup – Pistachios and Almond pieces
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – Rose Syrup
• A few drops – Rose water.
Method:
- Combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, milk powder, rosewater, rose syrup and butter in a microwave safe bowl and stir it continuously until the cheese blends into a creamy paste.
- Keep the microwave on high temperature for 5 minutes and cook this milk mixture. This will double the volume, stir it once, keep again on a high temperature for 20 minutes and cook again.
- Now transfer it to a flat dish and sprinkle the almond and pistachios on the top.
- Keep aside and let it cool.
- Now cut it into any shape.
