Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 5ml – soya sauce
• 5ml – Tomato sauce
• 1 pinch – Red Chilli masala powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 pinch – white pepper
• 1 pinch – black pepper
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Break open eggs in a bowl. Stir milk, sauce, salt, all powders in another bowl. Add milk mixture to the eggs and beat for two minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, pour out the mixture.
- Cook for 2 mins or till the omelette is ready
