Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Water
• Salt as desired
• 2 – Red Chillies
• Some Mustard Seeds
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Boil the water, put the rice flour, stir it to form a dough.
- While mixing the dough use 2 tbsp of oil.
- Keep this dough aside for an hour.
- Make small round balls out of the dough.
- Place the balls in the seasoning (mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies) and mix it gently.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
