Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Water
• Salt as desired
• 2 – Red Chillies
• Some Mustard Seeds
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Boil the water, put the rice flour, stir it to form a dough.
  2. While mixing the dough use 2 tbsp of oil.
  3. Keep this dough aside for an hour.
  4. Make small round balls out of the dough.
  5. Place the balls in the seasoning (mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies) and mix it gently.
  6. Serve with coconut chutney.
