
Ingredients:
• 5 – medium sized Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – besan flour
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• salt
• oil
Method:
- Make a slit on green chillies and remove the seeds.
- Mix the besan flour, grated coconut, chilli powder, 1 tsp oil and salt.
- Add some water to make like a chapatti-like dough.
- Now take some portion of dough and stuff this mixture inside the green chilli.
- Deep fry them in oil until brown.
- Serve with sambhar rice or rasam rice.
