Ingredients:

• 5 – medium sized Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – besan flour
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Make a slit on green chillies and remove the seeds.
  2. Mix the besan flour, grated coconut, chilli powder, 1 tsp oil and salt.
  3. Add some water to make like a chapatti-like dough.
  4. Now take some portion of dough and stuff this mixture inside the green chilli.
  5. Deep fry them in oil until brown.
  6. Serve with sambhar rice or rasam rice.
