
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Potatoes
• 100 g – Green peas
• 50 g – Green chilli
• 250 g – Curd
• 10 – Clove
• 20 g – cumin
• 20 g – coriander
• 25 g – black pepper
• Salt as per taste
• 30 g – deggi mirch
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – cooking oil
Method:
- Take a fork and make holes on the potato to make it porous.
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and put cumin, black pepper, clove and coriander.
- Then put potatoes, green peas and green chillies, fry for 2 mins and add salt, garam masala and deggi mirch.
- After a minute put curd in the cooker and mix well.
- Close the cooker and allow one whistle and keep on mild heat for 3 mins.
- Serve after the pressure subsides.
