
Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 16
• Tomatoes – 4
• Onions – 2
• Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Mustard – 1 tsp
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a heavy bottom wok, splutter mustard.
- Saute onions, tomatoes. When it’s done, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat.
- Spread this mix on bread and toast in a toast maker.
