Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Ragi flour
• 1/4 cup – All-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1 – Egg
• A pinch of salt
• Almond flakes (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease the muffin pan with butter or line it with paper liners.
- Sieve together the ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
- Beat together the sugar, butter and oil until the sugar gets dissolved. Add the milk and beat well.
- Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fill the muffin pan with the batter. Sprinkle the almond flakes generously.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
