Ingredients:
• 1 – Red Capsicum
• 1 cake – Tofu
• 3 – Green chillies
• Fresh Coriander
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 1tsp – Dry Coriander
• 1tsp – Gram Masala
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• Ginger
• 1tsp – Salt
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Oil
Method:
- Cut the tofu and capsicum into big square pieces.
- Chop tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
- Now take a pan with oil, add in jeera, garlic and ginger with chopped onions. Saute it till brown.
- Add tomato and saute it.
- Add all the spices and cook it for a few minutes.
- After 2 mins, add tofu and capsicum.
- Cook it for 5-8 mins.
- Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
