
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – flaked fish
• 2 – large Onions
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 4 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 4 tbsp – Mint leaves
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1″ piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind onions, coriander, mint, green chillies, garlic and ginger into a smooth paste.
- Mix the paste with the masala powder and salt.
- Add egg, fish and 1 tbsp. oil. Mix well.
- Shape into sausage-shaped rolls. Roll them in bread crumbs.
- Keep aside for an hour.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot.
