Ingredients:
• 2 cups – boiled Rice
• 4-5 – Green chillies
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – Methi leaves
• oil for frying
Method:
- Soak the boiled rice for 2 hours. Clean and grind to a fine paste after adding all the ingredients, except the methi leaves.
- Leave for about 7-8 hours to ferment.
- Add the methi leaves.
- Heat a tawa on medium heat and spread the batter like when making dosa. Fry until done.
- Serve with chutney.
