Ingredients:

• Broccoli – 2 florets
• Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil broccoli in a pan till tender.
  2. Make a paste of broccoli.
  3. Add all the ingredients in wheat.
  4. Make dough and fry the thepla using oil in a pan.
