Ingredients:

• 1 cup – pasta, boiled.
• 1/2 cup – broccoli, chopped.
• 1/2 cup – carrot, finely chopped.
• 1/4 cup – celery, chopped.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• 2 tsp – vinegar.
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour.
• 1/4 cup – Tomato ketchup.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil all the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Add all the boiled vegetables and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  3. Mix corn flour in little water and add pepper powder and mix well without lumps.
  4. Mix it in the pasta mixture and boil in low flame for about 5-8 mins.
  5. Switch off the stove, add vinegar to taste and then serve hot with celery.
