
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – pasta, boiled.
• 1/2 cup – broccoli, chopped.
• 1/2 cup – carrot, finely chopped.
• 1/4 cup – celery, chopped.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• 2 tsp – vinegar.
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour.
• 1/4 cup – Tomato ketchup.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil all the vegetables and keep aside.
- Add all the boiled vegetables and tomato ketchup and mix well.
- Mix corn flour in little water and add pepper powder and mix well without lumps.
- Mix it in the pasta mixture and boil in low flame for about 5-8 mins.
- Switch off the stove, add vinegar to taste and then serve hot with celery.
