
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – white cabbage, shredded
• 2 cup – purple cabbage, shredded
• 1 cup – spring onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – fresh soya beans(peeled)
• 3 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – dark soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – red chili sauce
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• salt, pepper and Sugar to taste
Method:
- Cook the beans with water and a pinch of salt till soft.
- Drain and reserve the liquid. Cool the beans.
- Mix the beans with red and purple cabbage, spring onion and coriander leaves.
- Combine rest of the ingredients with two tbsp of reserved cooking liquid and pour over the vegetable mixture.
- Toss and serve immediately.
