Ingredients:
• 4 tsp – crushed Garlic
• 3 tsp – grated Ginger
• 3 crushed chillies
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 6 x 170 gm – steaks
Method:
- Mix together the garlic, ginger, chillies, garam masala, salt, ground black pepper and the oil.
- Cut fine slits in the steaks and rub the above mixture into them, on both sides.
- Heat a grill on high and cook the steaks until they are brown on both sides.
- These taste even better if they are marinated in the above mixture overnight.
