Ingredients:

• 180g – roomali roti
• 100g – Paneer
• 60g – bell pepper
• 40g – Onion masala
• 60g – Mint chutney
• 20g – Butter

Method:

  1. Make a spicy mixture of sauteed paneer along with onion masala and grilled peppers.
  2. Wrap them in the roomali and pan fry.
  3. Serve with mint chutney, lachha onions.
