
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 4
• Green chillies – 3 to 4
• Panch poran masala – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Jaggery – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil -1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil. Splutter the panch poran.
- Add green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
- Add salt, jaggery and chilli powder.
- Cook on a low heat till tomatoes are cooked.
- Serve hot with parathas.
