Ingredients:
• 500 ml – cow Milk
• 50 ml – fresh non-sour Yoghurt
• 2 sprigs – Basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – makhana seeds, roasted lightly
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
Method:
- Mix milk, beaten yoghurt, basil and sugar.
- Stir with a spoon till the sugar gets completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate it till required.
- 15 mins before serving, add makhana seeds and stir.
- Serve it cold.
